I’m an honored guide for soulful beings & for entrepreneurs who want to unlock a pleasurable and playful life & business, plus experience delicious connection to Self. I’m the Creatrix of the soul nourishing women’s group, The Playground, as well as Host of The Outdoor Entrepreneur podcast and Co-Author of the book Becoming an Unstoppable Woman.
My approach to life and business is rooted in simplicity, alignment, and aliveness. I practice and advocate for brave and bold action, balanced with significant periods of play, rest, and reflection. Central to her philosophy is the concept that playfulness and pleasure are essential for a fulfilling life and a thriving business.

I’m simply here to be an anchor of light along your journey of self-discovery, self-mastery, and grounding into your own truths and unique blueprints. I’m a student of mySelf first and foremost. I long to deeply know mySelf and to love her, and therefore deeply know and love all. My purpose is simply to be myself, live in alignment with my truth, and share what I learn along the way.
When at my best and living in my fullness and truth, you’ll find me in nature, living wild and free, following my curiosities and enjoying all the ups and downs that come with the honored journey of being in human form and an entrepreneur.
I’m a 6/2 Human Design Projector and I infuse my work with imagination and enthusiasm. I excel in revealing possibilities where others see limits and transforming confusion into clarity. My presence, love, and guidance helps both individuals and entrepreneurs feel calm, confident, clear, and aligned in their personal and professional lives.
I’m a constant work in progress and student, as well as a teacher, trusted advisor, and confidant providing wise counsel for those who come into my circle. I am focused first and foremost on being connected to myself, which allows me to hold extremely grounded space for others. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m an expert at asking the right questions so you can find your own answers, and have your own revelations and transformations. I crave alignment, simplicity, and fullness in my life, relationships, love, and business. I walk my talk, take bold brave action when needed, rest, relax, and recharge ALOT, and refuse to listen to anyone who says you shouldn’t play and have a shit ton of fun as part of your life and/or business strategy!
