Schedule Your Time And Master Your Goals & Day!

If you are looking for tips on how to schedule your time so that you can master your goals and life - you have come to the right place!

One major game changer for me is befriending the hell out of my calendar! It’s become my BFF - and I spend a significant amount of time with her. I look at it, plot, organize, arrange, and admire it pretty much every day.

After identifying my goals and creating my plan to make shit happen (see my previous blogs on these topics), it’s my calendar that holds me accountable and ensures I make it happen.

Learning how to schedule your time will help you get clear on what you want. For me it helps me to define my main goal and outlined the steps I need to take in order to achieve it.

Capturing that ALL in my calendar has been key to bringing about some serious peace of mind and confidence. Like most entrepreneurs, I feel like I have to do it all NOW - and that’s just not realistic or necessary.

If I know I have it captured in my calendar, I can relax… this is what I call slaying your schedule.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or anxious about everything you need to do- then tap into the POWER of your calendar. In case you can’t already tell, I have a serious love affair with my calendar and I highly encourage you to build a relationship with yours as well. It doesn’t have to be your nemesis.

Here are six tips to create flow and ease in your life and business when you schedule your time.

If you have items that need focused attention, block out chunks of time and do NOT let anything interfere.

Don’t go crazy if you can’t get to something that doesn’t have a hard deadline, or if you’re just not in the mental space to do it well.If you have the flexibility in your day to move it to another time/day, feel free to.This is why I HIGHLY recomme…

  • This is why I HIGHLY recommend using an electronic calendar over a paper one!

  • A calendar is a great way to hold you accountable, so don’t abuse your freedom to move back deadlines.

I promise if you get cozy with your calendar, get efficient and effective with it, you will absolutely feel less overwhelmed and more in control of your decisions, actions, time, and your energy!
